Tâm sự giáo viên ArmEda _ Ocean Edu Thanh Hóa

     I’m Armeda Albarando .I have been  teaching for Ocean Edu Thanh Hoa. I think the teaching profession contributes more on the society than any other individual. That’s the reason why I choose teaching as my profession because I want to change my student’s life and they can change their society. Growing up surrounded with teachers in my family inspires me to be a better teacher. A good teacher can inspire hope, ignite student’s imagination and instill love of learning. I tried my best to make English fun and exciting. I always remember what my mother told me she said “Good teachers know how to bring out the best in students”.

Teaching with Vietnamese is another challenge for me. I met many different types of people having unique personalities. Thanh Hoa people are very passionate to learn the language. I can see their eagerness to learn something new when they joined the class. They are friendly and welcoming. Students should be more enthusiastic and be open-minded because you’re not only learning the language. You are also learning the culture. Be a student as long as you still have something to learn, and this mean all your life.  The purpose of learning is growth and our minds unlike our bodies, can continue growing as long as we live.

I love my job and my work inspires me. I respect the people I work with and I contribute positively to my work team, each day. I have gratitude for our Manager for believing my ability and for trusting me. She helps us every time we need help. She gives feedbacks by listening to both sides of the story. She’s very welcoming and friendly. She does her best to make you feel more at ease and comfortable working with them.

Ocean Thanh Hoa staffs are also friendly and good people. They build good relationship with the teachers and students. They do their job well and give students wants and needs. They treat students as their brother and sister and take care of young students like their mother.  Working with great people inspires my teaching to do better and be more effective in the class. Teaching is one of my passions in life aside from travelling. so every time I have my class I try to make sure that students learn something from me I’ve been teaching for quite a long time and having this experience   At a young age I used to imagine myself in other country. I come from a family of teachers. My mother is an Elementary teacher and she’s been teaching for almost 30 years. She is my inspiration in my life and influences me to teach.
